We stand behind everything we make. If one of our products is defective, please return it to us or to the store where it was purchased for replacement or refund.
If you are returning one of our products to us, simply ship the product to:

Please also complete and return the Product Guaranty Return Form (click here for a copy) or include a note with your daytime phone number, email address, mailing address, and a short explanation of the problem we need to address. Please also let us know if you are requesting a replacement or a refund. If you request a replacement, we'll pay USPS shipping charges to have the replacement shipped to you.
To insure that we receive your return, it's best to use a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please note that we cannot replace packages lost during return shipment to us.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the card for the returned item upon receipt, and, if you are requesting an exchange, the card will be charged for the replacement item when shipped.
